A Little About Me
I’ve
volunteered at a veterinary clinic in high school and have always had pets and
loved all creatures! For a decade I raised, bred, trained and showed llamas…
after that I was an Animal Control Warden locally for nearly 9 years.
In my
experiences I’ve found I truly enjoy helping people and their pets have a
better understanding of each other and therefore a better connection! Which is
why I’m the “Balanced Behavior Dog Trainer”!
Currently we have 7 dogs, 3 cats
and a chinchilla. Three of our dogs are certified for therapy work and I’m
active with the North Dakota chapter of Love on a Leash, going to nursing
homes, hospitals, colleges and schools. Our chapter was officially started by 3
of us and has grown from about 7 members to nearly 30 members in under 5 years!
I’ve also
worked with younger students teaching them about dogs and stray dogs and the
correct way to approach an owner and dog.
I look forward to connecting
with you and your “pack” and helping you and your pack grow!
